General Information

The NABT Conference will take place in person at the Hyatt Regency Dallas - Reunion Tower from October 29 - November 1, 2026.

All events, functions, meetings, and exhibits during the 2026 NABT Conference will take place at the Hyatt Regency Dallas - Reunion Tower unless otherwise noted.

NABT attendees can receive a special room rate of $225/night plus tax. Rooms must be booked by October 6, 2026 to receive this rate.  If you are making a reservation over the phone, be sure to mention that you are part of the NABT Conference to receive the discounted rate.

Crated, boxed, or skidded materials will be accepted at show site beginning at 8:00 AM, Thursday, October 29th, 2026 at the show site address.

Shipments arriving before this date may be refused by the facility and may be subjected to additional venue handling fees.

• 7:30 am – 5:30 pm: Exhibit Hall Open (Breakfast in the Exhibit Hall for all attendees)
• 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm: Exhibit Hall Closing Event
• 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm: Exhibitor Move Out
