General Information

The NABT Conference will take place in person at the St. Louis Union Station Hotel in St. Louis, Missiouri from October 30 - November 2, 2025.

We are committed to hosting the safest meeting possible and require all attendees to comply with the NABT Meetings Safety & Responsibility policy.

All events, functions, meetings, and exhibits during the 2025 NABT Conference will take place at the St. Louis Union Station Hotel unless otherwise noted.

NABT attendees can receive a special room rate of $189/night plus tax. Rooms must be booked by October 7, 2025 to receive this rate.  If you are making a reservation over the phone, be sure to mention that you are part of the NABT Conference to receive the discounted rate.

Exhibitor Sessions Submission Portal

Friday, October 31, 2025

• 8:00 am – 5:30 pm: Exhibit Hall Open
• 12:45 pm - 1:45 pm: NABT Networking Lunches (tables provided in the exhibit hall)
• 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm: Exhibit Hall Closing Event
• 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm: Exhibitor Move Out
