Dr. Phillip A. Sharp Receives 2026 Distinguished Service Award from NABT

NABT is proud to honor Nobel Laureate Dr. Phillip A. Sharp with the 2026 Distinguished Service Award for Enhancing Education through Biological Research. A pioneering molecular biologist whose discovery of RNA splicing transformed scientists’ understanding of gene expression, Dr. Sharp’s work has had a lasting impact on biology, medicine, biotechnology, and science education. He will be recognized at the 2026 NABT Professional Development Conference in Dallas.
