The NABT Conference will take place in person at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront in Baltimore, Maryland from November 2-5, 2023.
We are committed to hosting a safe conference and will request attendees follow a number of public health measures including wearing masks during indoor activities. We appreciate that the dynamics of the pandemic are changing and so are CDC Guidelines. NABT will continue to be proactive and will hold the safest meeting possible for all attendees.
All attendees will be required to comply with the NABT Meetings Safety & Responsibility policy.
Session proposals are being accepted online until Saturday, April 1, 2023, using a new NABT Proposal Portal. To help make submitting a proposal quick and easy, NABT has prepared submission guidelines to help you get the required materials ready.
PLEASE NOTE: Sessions that promote a saleable product, program, or service must be conducted as an exhibitor workshop. In order to submit an exhibitor workshop, the organization must be exhibiting at the conference.
After April 1st, the NABT Professional Development Committee will review submissions, and acceptance notifications will be emailed to primary presenters by May 15, 2023. Upon acceptance, all session presenters must register before May 31st for your session to be included in the 2023 Conference Program. Please contact all co-presenters before you submit to make them aware of this requirement.
The NABT Professional Development Conference will begin with workshops and the field trip, followed by the opening session speaker scheduled to begin at 4:00 PM on Thursday, November 2nd. Educational sessions will be scheduled all day on Friday, November 3rd, and Saturday, November 4th. Saturday will conclude with the closing speaker at 5:00 PM, followed by a special evening event. Additional workshops and committee meetings are scheduled on the morning of Sunday, November 5th.
Please plan your travel accordingly.
